OUR TRAILS
complete trails map
Our park is divided into two main sections: the Shop Side and the North Side. The Shop Side was our starting point, where it all began back in 2020. Since then, we’ve expanded our horizons by developing a whole new area of the park, introducing longer Flow Trails and thrilling Dirt Jumps to our offerings.

When the North Side began development, we seized the opportunity to reimagine the Shop Side with Beginners and Novices in mind. This led to the creation of our now-infamous Skills Area, a perfect spot to sharpen your abilities and build confidence. The Shop Side also features trails specially designed for Balance Bikes, making it an ideal place for little ones to embark on their biking journey.

But that's not all! The Shop Side is home to the on-site bike shop Brink, where they stock the best parts and accessories, clothing, safety gear and they even offer Bike Hire. The newest addition Helfare Hanger can also be found here which means from time to time you might be able to brush shoulders with the world famous Red Bull athlete Matt Jones. Plus, the on site café Breadline serves delicious hot and cold snacks and drinks, so you can refuel before hitting the trails again.

The North Side boasts an incredible training area, complete with Mulch Jumps and an Airbag—facilities that are entirely free to use with a valid ride pass. But we didn’t stop there! The North Side is also home to the exhilarating Phoenix Lap, a 2km loop featuring two thrilling jump lines: Donald Jump and Forrest Jump. The lap is packed with fun Northshore obstacles and even includes a wooden wall ride, creating an unforgettable experience for riders of all skill levels. And for those moments when you’re not quite ready to take on a challenge, every obstacle on the Phoenix Lap has a B-line option, ensuring the fun is accessible to everyone.
Park areas explained
Phoenix Bike Park is divided into two main sections: the Shop Side and the North Side. To make navigation even easier, we’ve organised these areas into six distinct subsections: Shop Side, Skills Area, Dirt Jumps, Flow Trails, Drop City, and the thrilling Phoenix Lap.

When we post updates about trail closures, we’ll usually refer to an entire subsection, making it simple to understand which area is affected. If we mention a specific trail, it’s easy to locate thanks to these clear divisions. This system ensures you’ll always know where to ride and what’s open for your next adventure!
trail GRADING EXPLAINED
At Phoenix Bike Park, we want everyone to have the best—and safest—time possible! That’s why we’ve created an extensive Trail Grade Guide to help you navigate the park with confidence. This guide breaks down all the different trail levels you’ll find here, making it easy to understand what to expect, who the trails are suitable for, which type of bike you’ll need, and the recommended skill level for tackling specific lines or areas.

To make things even simpler, we’ve colour-coded the guide for quick and easy distinction between trail grades. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build your skills or a seasoned pro chasing thrills, our Trail Grade Guide ensures you’re always prepared for your next adventure at Phoenix.

SHOP side
Our Shop Side park is where it all began back in 2020. Since then, we’ve evolved this side into the ultimate family-friendly and beginner-focused riding destination. With trails primarily rated green and blue, this area is perfect for building skills and confidence. For those looking for a taste of what’s waiting on the North Side, we’ve included two thrilling red trails to help you step up your game.

The Shop Side is home to our renowned Skills Area, where riders can sharpen their abilities, and the ever-popular Balance Bike Track, the perfect place for little ones to start their biking journey. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—check out the newest addition, The Rollers! This area is designed to help riders master their pumping skills while also doubling as the most exhilarating balance bike roller coaster imaginable.

This side of the park is also where you’ll find Brink, the on-site bike shop stocked with top-tier gear and expert advice, as well as Helfare for stylish riding apparel. Feeling peckish? Head over to Breadline, the on-site café serving up delicious food and drinks to fuel your day.

To sign in, simply visit the kiosk, conveniently located next to Brink. The Shop Side is where your Phoenix adventure begins—so grab your bike and get ready for a day of fun!

North side
The North Side is home to our ever-expanding Dirt Jumps area, where eagle-eyed visitors can spot the fresh lips and landings that Bentley has been tirelessly crafting. Among the highlights is our thrilling Whale Tail Line, featuring a Crankworx-inspired wooden whale tail—one of the most visually striking pro-rated lines in the park! This iconic structure also includes a wall ride that provides an exhilarating option along the Table Top line, offering variety and excitement for every rider.

Our most popular dirt jump line is aptly named The Gaps, starting on the right-hand side and offering gap jumps all the way down. This line includes the crowd-favourite "little" black kickers, perfect for those looking to send it. While the ever-growing transfer options make it tricky to give individual lines proper names, the entire area is collectively referred to as The Dirt Jumps.

Designed primarily for dirt jump bikes, this section can also be tackled on mountain bikes—just be sure to pump up your tyres and firm up your suspension for the best experience. If you’re unsure, the friendly experts at Brink are always on hand to offer advice. With progression in mind, we’ve also developed our Mulch Jumps and an AirBag, allowing riders to practice and send even bigger tricks with confidence!

The Flow Trails are located in the section furthest from the North Side car park, offering longer, smoother trails that cater to mountain bikes, with grading from blue all the way up to pro level. These trails are meticulously designed to deliver a perfect blend of speed and fun. Although you can ride them on any bike, they’re best enjoyed on a mountain bike.

Before hitting the trails, check the trail grading and pay attention to warning signs for gaps and drops. We recommend checking out the trails first to assess if they match your skill level and, if needed, ask a friendly local rider for a tow to guide you through. Our dedicated crew is constantly working to improve and maintain the trails, but before each ride, take a moment to check for any changes that might catch you off guard.

We’re thrilled to introduce Drop City, the ultimate playground for mastering your drop technique! With drops ranging from small to massive (including gaps), there’s something for every level of rider. Follow the signs towards the Phoenix Lap to find this exciting addition.

Speaking of the Phoenix Lap, this 2km pedal loop is an epic adventure featuring standout features like Northshore, a wall ride, and two brand-new jump lines: Donald Jump and Forrest Jump. This loop is perfect for families, as every obstacle includes a B-line, making it accessible to anyone not quite ready for the challenge yet. It’s the ideal mix of fun and progression for riders of all levels!
