Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the session starts, or you can reschedule your session on the day if needed. An admin fee may apply for this service. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations, and partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours. In case of bad weather, our park may not open, and we will notify you via email as soon as possible if this occurs. Bookings can be changed or refunded without admin fee if this happens.
